we place a high standard on building community, not only with clients but within our tea kettle team as well. tea kettle proudly pays a living wage. we offer incentives and bonuses to further financially support our team. team members are eligible for holidays, one week of vacation, and a paid personal day upon hiring. we also offer several personal development opportunities to our team at a free or reduced cost.

we donate free or reduced fee services to community members with need. we give quarterly to non-profit (individual or organization) that fights for inclusion and equity.

we ensure excellence of our service by educating our homemakers on the specific needs of our clients. our feedback system is easy and fast and helps us to adjust our services as needed with little delay.
